Awesome Strength

Excerpt from Tang Soo Do

In Tang Soo Do, it is important to be ready to punch. First you must have a horseback riding stance. This means you stand with your feet far apart, and this looks like you are riding a horse. Next, make a fist with both of your hands, but they have to be very tight. Place your fist on the sides of your rib cage with your elbows back and bent. Point your knuckles apart. After that, you are ready to punch. You need to turn your fist hard, and when you punch, your arm has to be straight. You have to switch arms fast. You have to count in Korean. This is what you need to punch. This is how you punch.
