The Best Time of the Year!

Picture this: people putting up lights and blow up decorations. Seeing people rolling out dough and putting frosting and sprinkles on cookies, and people tearing apart the wrapping paper full of joy and laughter. People enjoy all of these traditions and more during the best time of the year, Christmas!

You’ll soon discover that everything will be decorated for Christmas! Everyone will be putting up lights, ornaments, stockings, stickers, and much more. Everyone loves putting the ornaments on the tree and putting our stocking on the mantle. Especially putting up lights outside. Decorating is great to do with family. Decorating is as fun as going sledding with your best friends. It is the most wonderful time of the year! When everything is decorated and lit up it is so glorious to look at. Decorating is a great way to show Christmas spirit! You’ll love to decorate  for Christmas!

It is hard to believe that it is almost time to start baking for Christmas. First, you’ll have to shop for all the ingredients. Make sure you don’t forget anything for the cookies. Next, after you have all the ingredients you have to follow the recipes. There will be a lot of steps to follow. Remember, don’t miss a step or else they won’t come out tasty. Then, you can make all different types of cookies. There are so many to choose from like anisette, biscotti, sugar cookies, and much more. All of them are fun to make. After that, you have to frost and sprinkle all the cookies to make them a little sweeter. Finally, sit back and enjoy the cookies. Once you take that first bite it is like heaven. You’ll be glad that you spent all your hard work on baking, after you taste how delicious they are. Enjoy baking!

There is no doubt that opening presents is one of the best things about Christmas. There are so many good qualities about presents. For example, Santa and family put the presents under the tree. So many presents can fit under a Christmas tree! Also, it is so much fun to go out and buy presents for friends and family. It is so generous to give someone a present. But, the best part about presents is when you receive them from others. Can you imagine the look on your face when you see what you got. Everything that you're gonna get, you’re gonna love it. Don't you just love presents!       

            Christmas is the best holiday because you get to spend time with family and have lots of laughter. You’ll always love spending Christmas admiring decorations, eating your favorite home baked goods, and opening the present you dreamed of getting. There’s nothing like the feeling you get when you get the best present ever, but the worst feeling is when Christmas is all over. Amazingly, Christmas is almost here!
