I Am a Cat

I am a cat.

I wonder why I have a tail.

I hear my owners saying, “Aww you’re so cute!”

I see my owners’ bed.

I want to sleep in it.

I am a soft pillow. ”Please, please, please can I sleep with you?!”

I pretend my treats are a mouse.

I feel my soft fur rubbing against me.

I touch my water. It is really wet.

I understand that my owners  love me.

I say meow. I wish they would understand me.

I dream all the time about catching mice.
