Green

Green is the smell of fresh cut grass
Green is the taste of a fresh head of lettuce or refreshing mint
Green makes me feel sick or nauseous
Green is the sound of a green parrot repeating a man and a boy rolling
        down a grassy hill
Green looks like new grown leaves or a seed-filled kiwi
Green is a fun soccer field or a high-up treehouse
Green is Saint Patrick’s Day or recycling.
