Excerpt from All About Snakes

All snakes need to eat but… what do they eat?  Snakes normally eat stuff depending on their size, like small snakes eat bugs. Big snakes eat meat and lots of other stuff. An anaconda can eat an alligator or a leopard.  Some snakes eat fish,  some snakes eat other snakes. After eating snakes don’t eat for a while. Here is a way snakes catch mice. The snake raises its tail.

Then the mouse goes to check it out. Then the snake lifts up its tail. The mouse is to scare to move. Suddenly the snake grabs the mouse and eats it. Catching a mongoose is a lot harder because they are faster. Snakes eat so much but how do they eat it all?
